As families search for colleges that offer academic excellence without compromising on biblical truth, Cedarville University stands out as a trusted option. This biblical distinction is why is partnering with Cedarville University.
This fall, Cedarville will be among dozens of institutions featured at the , hosted by Answers in Genesis (AiG) at the Ark Encounter’s Answers Center in Williamstown, Kentucky, from Nov. 6-8. The event is free to students in grades 7-12 and their families, offering a chance to connect one-on-one with Christian colleges that affirm Young Earth creationism and biblical authority.
Cedarville’s presence at the Expo reflects its growing role in the national conversation about faith-based education. In 2023, the university became one of only five schools to join AiG’s Creation College Partnership — a network of institutions committed to upholding a literal six-day creation and the authority of Scripture from the very first verse.
“Cedarville University is one of the few schools we have a relationship with because they stand with us on the authority of God’s word, beginning in Genesis,” said Ken Ham, AiG founder and CEO.
Cedarville’s connection with AiG, however, goes back decades. One of Ham’s first recorded conferences — captured on VHS — was hosted on Cedarville’s campus. He has spoken at the university many times since, often addressing students in chapel and engaging in conversations about faith and science.
“When you speak in chapel, you’re impacting all those young people,” Ham said. “My favorite interaction is when students come up at the end and say they’re at Cedarville because of Answers in Genesis.”
For AiG, the Creation College Partnership is more than just a branding alliance. It’s a collaboration built on shared convictions.
Beyond the official partnership, Cedarville frequently works with AiG on music and ministry. The university’s ensembles and choirs participate in events throughout the year, and both organizations regularly collaborate on conferences and outreach.
Through its partnership with AiG and its involvement in events like the Creation College Expo, Cedarville University continues to demonstrate its commitment to preparing students for lives of faithful service — rooted in Scripture from Genesis to Revelation.
