Sam Allberry, pastor and writer from Maidenhead, UK, and former visiting professor at Cedarville, will speak in chapel at Cedarville University on March 12 and 13. Chapel begins at 10 a.m. and is open to the public.
Allberry studied theology at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. He then oversaw the ministry to university students at St Ebbe鈥檚 Church in Oxford before serving as a pastor at St Mary鈥檚 Church in Maidenhead.
Allberry is currently a speaker and writer for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM) and a consulting editor for The Gospel Coalition.
Allberry is the founding editor of 鈥淟iving Out,鈥 a resource for Christians who struggle with same-sex attraction. He has also written several books, including 鈥淚s God Anti-Gay?鈥 and 鈥淲hy Bother With Church?鈥
During the 2017-18 academic year, Allberry was a visiting professor at Cedarville. He was also the keynote speaker for Cedarville鈥檚 Fall Bible Conference in 2018.
