A College Student’s New Marketing Firm Innovates Personal Branding

As a college sophomore, William Woods II has already achieved what many professionals are only beginning to pursue. He started his own podcast — Will Woods Exper!ence— in 2023. Last year, in December, he launched his own marketing business, Create to Inspire Strategy.

Woods, who is majoring in marketing at Cedarville University, is focused on providing his clients with social media strategies, personal branding and content creation that will set their business apart from competitors. He caters his work toward small business professionals who want to create compelling marketing messaging that amplifies their core values. 

Content creation through video, photography and social media are areas of expertise for this college student from New Florence, Pennsylvania. Through Create to Inspire Strategy, Woods makes posting content easy for his clients. 

“Marketing is my passion,” said Woods. “It has always been a goal to launch my own marketing company and to help small businesses get started inspiring others with their products and messaging.”  

One client, Cooper Peterson, worked with Woods on marketing Run Gulbz, a new product that specializes in warm gloves for runners.
