Dr. Mary Smith has been a part of Cedarville's adjunct faculty since May 2017. She joined the part-time faculty in August 2024, serving as the track coordinator for the nursing leadership in healthcare improvement focus. Her doctoral research focused on performance of healthcare providers in the pay for performance health insurance reimbursement models.
